Cars have been a big part of my families life. We have always had at least 1 muscle car in the family and most of the time many.
I was brought up with Mopars in the driveway in my teens. This is the brand I own and choose to follow. I admire and respect many other muscle cars and would have a barn full of all brands if I had the means to do it.
Who doesn't like a Vette or a Mustang? How about a 55-57 Chevy? I would like to have an old 55 Gasser. How about a Willys? Wow. I saw two bad ass 40 Willy's at the Woodward Dream Cruise this year traveling together. You could hear them coming for blocks away. This is over all the other muscle that was bumper to bumper. Way cool rides.
I have decided to put my time and energy into writing and documenting my passion for all things muscle car. I hope you enjoy the site and maybe even contribute. Start your own blog here. Once again we welcome all brands. So don't be shy because I am a Mopar owner. I do love horsepower and can't get enough of it!

I do not begrudge the money when they are creating it, but when the taxpayers are bailing them out, I do object.
Now the auto companies have taken huge downturns mostly do to wall street and banks making huge blunders. (Admittedly, some of this was due to hugely dangerous government policies) The auto companies are now at the mercy of the Government with so many strings it turned to rope. GM CEO booted. By the President. Amazing stuff. You could not write this scenario because no one could imagine it.
Now, Pontiac is going. An iconic brand to the scrap yard. What is next...Jeep...Dodge???
An incredible time, maybe about to get much worse. The auto industry is the back bone of our economy and government is putting the boots to them.
If we should bailout anyone..it should be the auto industry.

PS. This is my personal opinion. So far we still have free speech.
